Baid Borar & Co. is a Chartered Accountant firm established in 1984 under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 with a vision to providing excellent Auditing & Assurance, Direct Tax and Indirect Tax Consultancy including GST Related matters, Legal Representations and Management Consultancy services to our client base and be a specialist in this genre of practice.

  • His area of expertise is Business advisory; Tax planning, Tax Assessment and Appeals.
  • He also served as president of Chartered Accountant association of Bikaner, Bikaner Tax Bar Association.
  • He served as a Director on the board of Bikaner Kshetriya Gramin Bank now known as Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank.
  • He is now also a director on the board of M/s Bikaji Hotels Pvt. Ltd.
  • He was also nominated as the member of The Small Industries Corp. Ltd. by Raj. Govt.
